My account became delinquent/expired and now I can’t access the internet

If you prefer to discontinue filter use, you can simply uninstall the filter. If you prefer to continue using the filter, you can bring your account current by accessing  freedomwebfilter.com then click on the My Account tab.

Log in with your same username and password, then select Bring my account current and add/update your credit card information.

Once your account is current,  you can reinstall the filter.  All of your original profiles and settings will still be there for you.

Note: If your account expired and shows that you must re-purchase, you will need to use a different username. Once you account expires our system purges old accounts over time. Simply re-purchase and then set up your profiles and settings.
